REFUND, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Magical Phoenix supports a customer friendly refund, exchange, and cancellation policy; all transactions are transparent. Kindly refer to the FAQ in this reference:

Please write a mail to our Customer support team on info@magicalphoenix.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and the following information:

  • • Order number.
  • • Item for cancellation.
  • • Reason for cancellation.

Our team will check the status of that item and reply to you in 48 hours. If item is not shipped, then we will initiate a refund in the next 48 hours of this mail confirmation.

Please write a mail to our Customer support team on info@magicalphoenix.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and the following information:

  • • Order number.
  • • Item for cancellation.
  • • Reason for cancellation.

Once an item is shipped, the order cancellation is subject to:

  • • The purchased product is returned in original condition within one week of delivery at customer’s own expense.
  • • Any free gifts provided with the original purchase of the product will also have to be returned in its original condition.
  • • If a product is purchased at discounted price, same price will be refunded excluding taxes or shipping charges if applicable. Magical Phoenix does not refund shipping charges or taxes.
  • • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or bank account of payment from which Magical Phoenix received the payment for the product being refunded. We do not accept Cash on Delivery and strictly do not refund in Cash.

Kindly return the product in its original condition without any damage to the packaging or product at your own cost through courier. Magical Phoenix will under no circumstances be liable for a refund if the product is found tampered, used, damaged, or defective in any way when received by us. Products that are ‘customized or sourced’ as per customer or special requirements will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
